On April 23, the amendments to the laws regarding  labor and tax matters was published in the Federal Official Gazette in order to regulate outsourcing, since it prohibits the subcontracting of personnel, but allows the subcontracting of specialized services or execution of specialized works that are not part of the corporate purpose or the predominant economic activity, which seeks to avoid abuses and violation of workers' rights, as well as evasion in the distribution of profits and taxes by employers.
